A relevant question to ask ourselves is, “Do we live in a closed universe where the supernatural cannot exist?”
If we say “Yes” to the question then no matter what happens or how strong the evidence, we condition ourselves that a miracle cannot happen. Therefore anything that is to be explained by the term ‘miracle’ must be rejected.
If we say “No” to the question then we are in a position to being open to evaluate each evidence of a miracle on it’s own merit.
If we consider that God is able to work outside the laws which limit mere mortals, then we have a scenario whereby miracles are possible.
Jesus walked on water, healed blind people, raised a man from the dead and did many other incredible things. These were seen and recorded by eyewitnesses. These eyewitnesses tell their stories in the bible in the first four books of the New Testament Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
